Fresh iMac (2010)

27 Sep

Hello!
The other day (a month ago… to be exact)
A well known man of mine gave me an aluminum box. Engraved on the back was an apple mark.

He told me that possibly the hdd died out on it.
He didn’t want to tackle the time to go through procedures to get “this” surfing the web.

So,,, I became the lucky one, to adapt this product.

Its a 27in Mid 2010, iMac
with 16gb of RAM

I have decided to give it a shot to replace the dead HDD with an SSD.

with a lot of help from ifixit.com I was able to get the machine running again!

the cost was roughly around $300.

That said,,, I am back to have fun. just fun.

P.S. Steezy bought an iMac !
